Plot summary
Corporate raider "Larry the Liquidator" (Danny DeVito) smells blood and descends in the personal-owned business rerun by old codger "Jorgy" Jorgenson (Gregory Peck). Trying to fend off a takeover, Jorgy hires Kate (Penelope Ann Miller) to stall Larry. Shortly, Larry becomes taking part inside a complicated game of cat-&-mouse (& reciprocal attraction) where he & Kate apiece struggle to maintain the upper hand.
